Zynga makes a web3 announcement, Axie reveals a new project, and more! Though our charts may not have changed that much, there has definitely been activity in the world of web3 gaming and NFTs. Let\u2019s take a look at some of the top stories from this past week!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once again we have news about web3 gaming platforms. Though this one comes from one of the biggest names in casual gaming, Zynga, who announce Sugartown<\/a>, a new web3 game development and distribution platform! We don\u2019t have a lot of details yet, but it will be interesting to see if they try to integrate or port any of their existing games into Sugartown.<\/p>\n

And there are plenty of other announcements as well. Gods Unchained opens a new \u2018Pauper\u2019 game mode<\/a>, Star Atlas reveals details about Sage Labs<\/a>, and upcoming web-based simulation of their game function and economy, Axie Infinity opens the first tests for Project T<\/a>, a new social-focused virtual world in the Axie universe, and Eldrarune makes a mainnet launch<\/a>!<\/p>\n

But that\u2019s not all! Champions Ascension is now keeping their servers open 24\/7<\/a>, and Gala Games migrates their NFT vault to their GYRI chain, and announces plans for an upcoming Mystery Box sale<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While Untitled Platformer seems to grow stronger. Who would have expected that a retro, 2D platformer would be one of the top games?!<\/p>\n

For the second week in a row, DeGods claims the top spot in our NFT trading volume chart \u2014 and by a large margin! It appears their Season 3 \u2018downgrades\u2019 and Points Parlor system are succeeding in keeping their community engaged!<\/p>\n

The Bored Apes also had a strong week, even with the lawsuit from collectors<\/a> upset that the floor price has dropped, and the spat with OpenSea<\/a>. Most other collections saw a downturn in trading, probably at least partially due to the recent drop in crypto value.<\/p>\n
