Even before founding and managing his own businesses, Alexei<\/u><\/a>\u2019s analytical mind was evident. With a background in mathematics, physics, and economics, he quickly discovered his knack for problem-solving. By 2016, Alexei\u2019s fascination with blockchain technology had taken root. \u201cI started following Bitcoin after the white paper and was amazed by its potential,\u201d he recalls. However, at the time, blockchain\u2019s applications were limited. \u201cBack then, there wasn\u2019t much you could do beyond exchanging fiat for Bitcoin,\u201d he explains. It wasn\u2019t until Ethereum entered the scene that Alexei saw the chance to build meaningful, real-world applications.<\/p>\n

In 2019, Alexei teamed up with co-founder Alex Salnikov and other close collaborators to launch Rarible.
