The Pok\u00e9mon Company argues they cannot use of the word \u201cPok\u00e9mon\u201d in the name and branding of Pok\u00e9world. They also claim it may cause confusion among consumers, who may think the game relates to The Pok\u00e9mon Company.<\/p>\n<p>The Pok\u00e9mon Company seeks damages and an injunction to stop Kotiota Studios from using the Pok\u00e9mon name in connection with the game.
