Foreign investors may own up to <\/span><b>49%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of licensed exchange operators.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Although the Ministry of Finance has already accepted applications from several domestic exchange operators, including <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/vixex.pro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow external noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><b>VIXEX<\/b><\/a><b>, <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scex.com.vn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow external noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><b>SCEX<\/b><\/a><b>, <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.caex.com.vn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow external noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><b>CAEX<\/b><\/a><b>, <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tcex.com.vn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow external noreferrer\" data-wpel-link=\"external\"><b>TCEX<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and another Vietnamese digital asset company \u2014 no exchange has yet received official approval.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Authorities have also clarified that investors will not be required to move all of their crypto holdings onto licensed domestic platforms.
