The popularity of digital art around the world has meant that many more art students are experimenting with virtual mediums. Now, the public can get a glimpse of what has been in development by the DIGITAL ART\/Ruth Schnell class at the University of Applied Arts, Vienna thanks to an upcoming exhibition in the <\/span>Voxels<\/span><\/a> Metaverse.\u00a0<\/span>This exhibition is dubbed \u2018The Voxel Dilemma\u2019 and will be held from February 3 to March 1, 2023.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The Voxel Dilemma DFC \u2013 Francisco Carolinumhttps:\/\/t.co\/xP1oyzsokC<\/a><\/p>\n An exhibition with works by students from the Department of DIGITAL ARTS\/Ruth Schnell at the University of Applied Arts Vienna<\/p>\n Opening Party \u2014 Voxels (@cryptovoxels) February 3, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n In the announcement of the event, it was explained that the works began with the idea of an empty canvas and all the potential that comes with it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cAn empty canvas is both an invitation and a challenge \u2013 whether in analog form or as an empty digital space that needs to be filled with voxels \u2013 the three-dimensional version of the pixel,\u201d it said.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n As part of Markus Reindl\u2019s final year art course in virtual space, students transformed a blank canvas into a diverse collection of pieces exploring themes of identity and virtual worlds.
