The only connection Fallon has with Yuga Labs is that he acquired a Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT. He also mentioned the NFT purchase in two episodes of his show.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.cacd.855658\/gov.uscourts.cacd.855658.1.0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Yuga Labs vs. Ripps case<\/a> centers around allegations of trademark infringement, false advertising, and unfair competition.
