With Splinterlands and Hunters being hit the hardest. Splinterlands recently introduced a new energy system, limiting the number of matches each account can play per day. This was partly to simplify the system, and partly to combat the prevalence of bots, which it seems to have accomplished as well! But losing 30% of your playerbase seems like a pretty big hit. We\u2019ll see if this has any long term effect on Splinterlands.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Hunters On-Chain<\/a> wrapped up their pre-release tournament, which is why we see such a drop in player numbers.
