Monday was a significant day for the Moonbirds community and the PROOF ecosystem. In a Parliament space event, the Moonbirds team revealed the forthcoming beta launch of Talons, a reward points system poised to replace nesting.<\/span><\/p>\n

What are Talons?<\/span><\/h2>\n

According to Moonbirds founder Kevin Rose, Talons will be similar to credit card reward points, which will be earned daily for holding a Moonbirds NFT<\/a>. In fact, it seems that the team chose this option instead of a token to avoid regulatory uncertainties.<\/p>\n

Talons will be exclusively accessible to holders. It will be utilized within their ecosystem for claiming art, buying event tickets, and exploring other opportunities that the team plans to introduce.<\/span><\/p>\n

Additionally, during the Parliament space event, the team announced two other significant developments: the upcoming \u201cDiamond Exhibition\u201d and \u201cMythic Eggs\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

What\u2019s next for Moonbirds?<\/span><\/h2>\n

The Moonbirds\u2019 Diamond Exhibition will begin on April 27. It will feature a diverse collection of art from 22 talented artists. Moonbirds<\/a> members who nested within the first 24 hours will receive Day One Passes. Those will grant them early access to choose their favorite art piece and submit a rank order for consideration.<\/span><\/p>\n

The \u201cMythic Eggs\u201d are already claimable and come in three levels of rarity: Legendary, Runic, and Stone. Acquiring an egg earlier increases the likelihood of obtaining a Legendary egg. Moreover, each egg provides unique artistic choices, and claiming an egg within the first week offers a 60 percent chance of it being Legendary.<\/span><\/p>\n

With these updates, Moonbirds aims to satisfy its community. Many members have expressed disappointment regarding the project\u2019s evolution.<\/span><\/p>\n
