News dominates the market cycle this week, with updates and new information from a number of games. We also have two new games in the top 10 for activity this week, and one of the newer NFT collections from the Bore Ape franchise becoming a big hit with the collectors!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lots of news from the web3 gaming space this week. Topia dropped a document with lots of details around their future plans, tokenomics, and sidechain<\/a>. Genopets showed us their next roadmap, which includes lots of Augment updates and PvP battles<\/a>. Life Beyond also told us about their tokenomics<\/a>, while Gala Games completed their migration to the new GALA token, and burned over 20 billion of their own tokens<\/a>!<\/p>\n

And we also have new playtests for Illuvium Overworld<\/a> and Superior<\/a>!<\/p>\n

Some excitement in the gaming charts this week as two new entries vault into the top 10! Pixels hasn\u2019t really had that much of a player surge over the past week. Instead, their appearance on the charts is due to a change in their tech, allowing their custodial wallets to be counted as active players. They are also working to ban bots, a significant issue in any play to earn<\/a> game.<\/p>\n

The other new entry, SuperWalk, is a move to earn game on the Klaytn blockchain. They just implemented their token this past week, and what they call a \u2018Proof of Walk\u2019 system. You can read more about it on their Twitter feed<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Mutant Apes hold the top spot in NFT trading for the second week in a row! Meanwhile, at number 10, we see Gods Unchained make a reappearance on the charts with over $4 million in NFT sales over the past week!<\/p>\n

The Apes had a reveal on their HV-MTL collection, sparking a buying and selling spree on these unique, dynamic, mech NFTs. The current floor price for getting in on this collection is 1 ETH. Milady Maker saw the expected post-hype drop in activity and Azuki also took a bit hit. Meanwhile Pudgy Penguins remains strong this week.<\/p>\n
