Cradles, an MMO with dinosaurs, prepares for a new, public beta test, opening in mid-July. And though they call this a public test, it\u2019s actually limited, though there are a couple of ways you can get access.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Slated to start on July 15th, the next beta playtest for Cradles: Origin of Species, is limited to 10,000 players. This includes holders of Cradles Dinopets NFT and Crystalios NFT. Dinopets NFTs are available on secondary markets, but the Crystalios NFTs havent been minted \/ sold yet. Their last announcement said to expect an NFT sale on July 10th (the day this article is written), but apparently that isn\u2019t happening. Unfortunately, the communication from the Cradles team is not that great.<\/p>\n

Dinopets are a PFP collection that also opens up the ability to acquire dinosaur pets in-game. You can pick up a Dinpoet on Open Sea<\/a> for as little as 0.014 ETH ($27 USD at current prices). If you don\u2019t want to pick up an NFT, Cradles has also been giving away beta spots through partner contests and giveaways on their Discord<\/a>. <\/p>\n

The Cradles team also says that that they plan to reward CRDS tokens to beta participants, but we don\u2019t have any details on that either.<\/p>\n

The web3 space is certainly ready for a Warcraft style MMO to hit the scene. Will Cradles make a push to fill that void?<\/p>\n
